Background
This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is issued by Miami-Dade County, specifically the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department. The purpose of this contract is to procure custom EMS Challenge Coins, which serve as commemorative items for the department. The goal is to provide a high-quality product that reflects the values and mission of the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

Work Details
The contractor is required to produce 100 round challenge coins with specific dimensions and design features:

- Diameter: 2 inches
- Thickness: G3.2mm
- Weight: 1.4 oz (40 grams)
- Gold plating with a flat cut edge.

The coins will feature two sides:

- Side A: Lime Green edge with Red wording, Gold Plating wreaths on each side, a gray background in the center with Black wording, and a Phoenix Eagle with Flames.
- Side B: Similar Lime Green edge with Red wording, Gold Plating wreaths, and a Star of Life behind the Maltese logo in the center.

Additionally, there is an artwork fee for the design approval process prior to full production.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the challenge coins is required within 27 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order (PO), with a specific note that they must be completed no later than the end of January.
