Background
This Request to Qualify (RTQ) is issued by Miami-Dade County to establish a Prequalified Pool of Vendors for Emergency Management and Homeland Security Professional Services.
The goal is to create a pool from which vendors can participate in spot market competitions for specific services as needed.

Work Details
Vendors will provide professional services in four main categories: training, planning, mock exercises, and scope of service development.

Period of Performance
The Pool will be established upon approval by the Board of County Commissioners and will last for 60 months, with an option for renewal for an additional five years.
The County may extend the Pool for up to 180 days beyond the stipulated term.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Miami-Dade County facilities or as specified in individual task orders.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate experience in providing Emergency Management and Homeland Security Professional Services, including references from at least two relevant organizations.
They must also provide an executive summary detailing their capabilities, evidence of being in business for at least three years, and any required certifications related to emergency management or homeland security.
