The selected vendor will provide emergency catering services that include:
1) Preparation and delivery of safe, nutritious meals at two primary locations: the Facilities Management Division and the Collier County Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
2) Capability to prepare meals off-site or deploy mobile kitchens on-site as needed.
3) Compliance with FEMA reimbursement requirements, including cost documentation and audit-ready records.
4) Flexibility to scale services based on the magnitude of emergencies, including maintaining a 24/7 point of contact for coordination.
5) Provision of a variety of meal types (hot, cold, shelf-stable), ensuring food safety and nutritional standards are met.
6) Detailed tracking of meal counts and delivery logs for reporting purposes.
Period of Performance
The contract term is intended for an initial three (3) years with one (1) two-year renewal option. The contract may be extended by up to one hundred eighty (180) days at the discretion of the County Manager.
Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the Facilities Management Division located on the main government campus and the Collier County Emergency Operations Center in Naples, Florida. Additional locations may be designated as necessary during emergencies.
