Work Details
The contract involves the provision of proprietary or licensed systems maintenance or support services related to the Re-TRAC™ software. Emerge Knowledge Design Inc. will provide annual software subscriptions, technical maintenance, support, training for reporting entities, and professional services for configuring new requirements for various reporting programs mandated by Florida Statutes, including County Annual Solid Waste Management and Public Sector Recycling Reports.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance

Bidder Requirements
Emerge Knowledge Design Inc. is identified as the sole source provider of the Re-TRAC™ software due to its proprietary ownership. The company does not allow any distributors to resell or lease its software in Florida.
