- A: 5,000 units of (1) lot
- B: 20,000 units of (1) lot
- C: 2,500 units of English, 1,750 units of English/Spanish, and 750 units of English/Creole totaling 5,000 units
- D: 10,000 units of English, 7,000 units of English/Spanish, and 3,000 units of English/Creole totaling 20,000 units
7. **Paper Requirements**: 70# white offset paper.
8. **Colors**: Full color on both sides with no bleed.
9. **Finishing**: Trim square on all sides, fold, and tab seal for mailing services.
10. **Special Instructions**: Inkjet address vehicle into mailing panel; include voter ID number as human-readable text and a 3of9 barcode above the address vehicle; provide LIVES/Audits for review prior to mailing; mail presorted as first-class mail using Election permit number 877; supply mail file in .csv or .xls format; ensure compliance with USPS presort first-class requirements.

Period of Performance
The delivery/service is required by August 23, 2025.
