Economic Development Marketing Services - Annual Contract

Background
The County of Charlotte, Florida, is seeking proposals for an annual contract with a full-service economic development marketing firm. The goal is to provide strategic planning and execute marketing initiatives aimed at site selectors, businesses considering expansions and relocations, commercial developers, and key audiences to support the Charlotte County Economic Development mission. The contract aims to enhance awareness of Charlotte County as a premier location for business operations both nationally and internationally.

Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for:
- Building awareness and promoting Charlotte County's assets through targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Providing website design, service, and monitoring including updates and creation of landing pages.
- Developing visioning, marketing strategies, and work plans.
- Creating innovative marketing campaigns that may include 3-D animation in videos or presentations.
- Offering videography, panoramic photography, still photography, and complete video production capabilities.
- Providing interactive asset maps, keynote presentations, lead capture, and enhanced analytics.
- Delivering creative services such as copywriting and design for print development, ad development, social media ads, direct mail development, and point of sale materials.
- Supporting future marketing initiatives that have yet to be determined.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services may be performed outside the USA; however, travel may be required prior to award.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must demonstrate a minimum of five years of verifiable marketing experience in economic development. They must provide measurable success examples from previous campaigns and have in-house capabilities to create and produce the required items outlined in the RFP.
