E23Tp07 - Infrastructure Project Management

Background
Miami-Dade County is seeking five (5) Architectural and Engineering consultants to provide Professional Planning, Design, and Engineering services for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) Infrastructure Project Management.
The goal of this solicitation is to assist in executing projects outlined in the DTPW Capital Improvement Plan, ensuring quality construction documents, cost efficiency, and adherence to schedule goals.

Work Details
The selected consultants will be responsible for a wide range of activities including:
- Planning
- Project Development & Environmental Studies
- Design & Engineering
- Public Involvement
- Right-of-Way & Utilities Coordination
- Construction Administration
- Project Control
- Estimating Services
- Plans Review and Quality Assurance
- Geotechnical Studies

Other professional services required for DTPW projects may also be included. The contract will be executed under Non-Exclusive Professional Services Agreements (PSA) with a term of 1,825 calendar days. The consultants must hold technical certifications in various categories including Highway Systems (Major Highway Design, Bridge Design), Environmental Engineering (Stormwater Drainage Design), and General Civil Engineering.

Period of Performance
The contract will remain in effect for 1,825 calendar days from the date of execution or until the allocated funds are depleted.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Miami-Dade County.
