Background
The City of Pembroke Pines, located in southwest Broward County, Florida, is the second largest city in the county and ranks as the eleventh largest city in the state. The city is known for its family-friendly environment and has been recognized as one of the best places to live in America.

The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Cisco infrastructure hardware necessary for a planned network equipment upgrade, utilizing funding from the FCC's E-Rate program, which provides discounts for telecommunications and internal connections to eligible schools and libraries.

Period of Performance
The products must be delivered within 30 calendar days following the issuance of a Purchase Order by the City.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at locations specified by the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have an active USAC SPIN (Service Provider Identification Number) to be eligible for consideration. No proposal security or performance bonds are required for this project.
