Driving Range Net

Background
The City of Jacksonville Beach, through its Parks & Recreation Department, is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of netting at the Golf Course Driving Range. The existing netting is supported by eight 100-foot steel poles. The City aims to replace this with a new 125-foot tall protection netting and add two additional 100-foot steel poles to support the new netting on the north side of the range. The goal is to enhance safety and functionality at the driving range.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a fully engineered replacement solution for the driving range netting, which includes:
- Replacement of existing 100-foot netting with new 125-foot tall protection netting.
- Installation of two new 100-foot steel poles connecting to the existing 50-foot netting on the north side of the range.
- Responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits and paying associated fees from both the City of Jacksonville Beach and the State of Florida as required.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and is anticipated to be completed within a specified timeframe following contract execution.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Course located at 605 Penman Road S., Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
