Bidders must provide documented evidence of having a business license under the same legal entity for five continuous years prior to this bid. They must also demonstrate experience in general contracting or dock and boardwalk construction through five comparable projects within five years. Additionally, all subcontractors must have required licensing and meet background screening requirements as per Florida Statute F.S.255.0515.
