Background
The Department of Management Services (Department or DMS), Division of Real Estate Development and Management (REDM) is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish a contract(s) for lawn care services at the North Broward Regional Service Center (RSC) in Broward County. The historic annual spend for the services being procured through this solicitation is approximately $66,000.00.
