Background
This solicitation is issued by the Department of Military Affairs (DMA) for the repair and maintenance of the Sand Blasting System at the Allied Trades Shop, CSMS, for Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) in Starke, Florida. The goal is to ensure the operational efficiency and safety of the sandblasting system through regular inspections and maintenance. The contract aims to establish a reliable service provider who can perform necessary repairs and ongoing maintenance over a two-year period.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Repairing and maintaining the Sand Blasting System, including quarterly inspections.

2. Replacing the breathable air system, ensuring it meets safety standards and is operational. This includes replacing components such as the dryer system, monitor, regulators, filters, etc., while maintaining existing lines unless deemed necessary to replace.

3. Providing a cost estimate for an Air Compressors Maintenance Service Agreement which includes inspecting existing air compressors and establishing a maintenance schedule that includes full service upon contract assignment followed by quarterly services thereafter.

4. The contract will cover two years with an option for renewal based on performance quality.

Period of Performance
The anticipated start date for repairs is around May 1, 2025, with completion expected by June 1, 2025. The maintenance contract will last for two years with potential extensions based on performance.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center located in Starke, Florida.
