Districtwide Data Network Structured Cabling System For Florida Department Of Transportation Distric

Background
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking competitive sealed bids for the procurement of a Districtwide Data Network Structured Cabling System for Florida Department of Transportation District 4.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the data network infrastructure to support the agency's mission effectively.

Work Details
The Vendor will be responsible for providing services related to the installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems as specified in Exhibit 'A' of the agreement.

This includes all necessary materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the project. The Vendor must ensure that all work complies with applicable Florida Statutes and Department guidelines.

Additionally, the Vendor shall provide project schedule progress reports at intervals established by the Department, maintain coordination with Department representatives, and ensure that all final plans and documents bear the professional's seal/signature as required by law.

Period of Performance
The initial term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of execution and will remain in effect for twelve (12) months or until completion of all services required, whichever occurs first.

Services may commence upon written notice from the Department's Contract Manager.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within Florida Department of Transportation District 4, which includes various locations throughout the district.
