Background
The City of St. Pete Beach is seeking proposals from vendors to provide Disaster Recovery and Assistance services following natural or man-made disasters. The goal is to ensure the city can effectively respond to emergencies and restore normalcy as quickly as possible. This RFP outlines the requirements for vendors who can deliver these essential services.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for:
- Building Remediation (must be licensed in Florida)
- Damage Assessment of City-owned properties (must be licensed in Florida)
- Providing food (hot meals) and beverages, serving 3 meals per day for approximately 200 individuals throughout the duration of the emergency until deemed complete by the City.
- Providing bathrooms and shower facilities for employees and residents if needed.
- Supplying cooling tents for employees and residents if required.
- Offering mobile housing solutions if necessary.
- Providing office space if required.

The vendor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to complete the scope of work, including costs for licenses, permits, and material disposal fees.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance lasting three years from the date of execution, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must be licensed, bondable, and insured according to the City's requirements. They must submit a signed/notarized Contractor’s Proposal Submittal, a completed Fee Schedule, proof of insurance certificates, a letter from a surety company stating bondability up to $10,000.00, references as outlined in Section V of the RFP, and comply with all local regulations.
