Directional Bore, Low and High Voltage Services - RFP

Background
The City of Naples is seeking proposals for directional bore services related to low and high voltage installations. This contract aims to support the city's infrastructure development and maintenance, ensuring efficient and safe installation of underground utilities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing directional boring services for both low and high voltage electrical installations. Specific tasks include:
1. Conducting site assessments to determine the best approach for directional boring.
2. Performing directional boring to install conduits for electrical cables as per city specifications.
3. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards during the operation.
4. Providing necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the work.
5. Coordinating with city officials to minimize disruption during installation.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to last for three years, with an option for two additional one-year renewals, subject to mutual agreement between the City and the contractor.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed within the City of Naples, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess all necessary occupational licenses and professional certifications required by local, state, and federal laws to perform the work outlined in this solicitation. Additionally, bidders must comply with E-Verify requirements for employment eligibility.
