Dipp- Ed Ball Garage Interior Wall

Background
The City of Jacksonville's Department of Public Parking (DIPP) is seeking to enhance the interior of the Ed Ball Garage located at 214 North Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202. The goal of this contract is to improve the aesthetic and functional aspects of the garage through painting, lettering, and directional signage, as well as cleaning services. This initiative aligns with the city's mission to maintain and improve public facilities for community use.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for completing the following tasks:

1. Painting all interior walls of the Ed Ball Garage.
2. Applying lettering and directional arrows throughout the facility.
3. Pressure washing all walls and stairwells prior to painting.
4. Ensuring that all work is performed on all floors of the garage, including stairwells and brick walls near stairs.

The contractor must supply all necessary paints and materials for these tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of the purchase order or contract and will continue until completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work.

All work will be performed at the Ed Ball Garage located at 214 North Hogan St, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid. They are required to provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders must certify that no official or employee of the City has a material financial interest in their company.
