Background
The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP No. 24-43230000-RFP-2) to establish a State Term Contract for Digital Security Solutions.
The Department's mission is to enhance the security posture of state agencies by providing comprehensive digital security solutions that address various cybersecurity needs.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that state entities have access to effective tools and services that can protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Work Details
The awarded contractors will provide products and services across multiple service categories, including but not limited to:
1. Endpoint-Based Asset Discovery: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and improve security management.
2. Network-Based Asset Discovery: Identify devices on specific networks for visibility into network-connected assets.
3. Endpoint Detection and Response: Safeguard individual devices from cyber threats in real-time.
4. External-Facing Asset Discovery: Manage external attack surfaces of customer systems and networks.
5. Email Security: Analyze incoming emails to detect potential threats in real-time.
6. Content Delivery Network: Improve performance and reliability of content delivery over the internet.
7. Security Operations Platform: Integrate multiple security technologies into a single platform.
8. Identity and Access Management (IAM): Centralized management for digital identities and access control based on policies.
9. Mobile Security and Threat Detection: Protect mobile devices from unauthorized access and malware.
10. Secure Access Service Edge (SASE): Combine networking and security services via a cloud-based framework.
11. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Manage governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations.
12. IT Service Management (ITSM): Streamline delivery and management of IT services.
13. Vulnerability Assessment and Management: Continuously scan IT assets for vulnerabilities.
14. Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence (CTI): Aggregate threat data for actionable intelligence.
15. Data Security: Protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or loss.
16. Enterprise Security Log Management, Analytics, and Response: Support enterprise security operations including SIEM and SOAR.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term contract start date is December 18, 2024, with evaluations expected between November 27, 2024, and December 6, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the State of Florida.
