Design Fab Installation of Metal Roof Awnings and Playground Shelters

This contract seeks the design, fabrication, and installation of durable, high-quality metal roof awning structures and shelters for playgrounds and other designated areas. The work will be performed on an as needed basis and must provide shade, protection, and enhanced aesthetics while meeting safety standards and ensuring longevity in Florida's environmental conditions. The contract does not include the provision, installation, or maintenance of playground equipment. The School Board of Volusia County (referred to as the District ) is requesting these services through this Invitation to Bid (ITB). This agreement is intended to allow the District to procure metal roof awnings and playground shelters as required throughout the term of the contract. The successful Bidder(s) will be responsible for all aspects of design, fabrication, and installation at the prices specified in the agreement. All work must be performed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation. Non-compliance with these requirements may result in bid rejection or cancellation of the award. Bidders must submit their responses in accordance with the terms and specifications set forth in this ITB (Opportunity ID: ITB-2025-3106).
