The City of Orlando is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP26-0366) for Design-Build Services for the Downtown Accent Lighting System Integration Project. Additionally, a five-year maintenance proposal for programming updates and system management is required.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must have a licensed Florida Contractor on their team as per Chapter 489 Florida Statutes. A Lighting Designer who is a member of the International Association of Lighting Designers or holds a Certified Lighting Designer credential is also required. Additionally, respondents must comply with living wage requirements paying no less than $15.00 per hour.
