Db For The Country Club Of Miami Golf Course

Background
Miami-Dade County, through its Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department (PROS), is seeking design-build services for the reconfiguration of the Country Club of Miami Golf Course.

The project aims to enhance community health and vibrancy by implementing the Parks and Open Space Master Plan. The Country Club spans 287 acres and features two 18-hole championship golf courses. The goal is to convert these into a maximized layout that includes a 27-hole Championship Golf Course and a 12-hole Par 3 Short Course, along with first-class practice amenities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Conversion of two existing 18-hole golf courses (East Course and West Course) into a fully maximized layout featuring:
- A 27-hole Championship Golf Course
- A 12-hole Par 3 Short Course
- Development of first-class practice amenities including:
- A double-ended driving range
- Putting green
- Chipping area
- Achieving Envision certification at a minimum Silver level or considering SITES Silver third-party certification for sustainable design practices.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeline that aligns with the project requirements as specified in the solicitation documents.

The work will be performed at the Country Club of Miami Golf Course located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
