Background
The Department of Financial Services (DFS) is seeking to enhance its data management, security, and operational efficiency through the procurement of DataHub software and associated consulting services. The goal is to maintain and support the proprietary DataHub software currently utilized by the Department. Work Details
The contractor will provide DataHub software and consulting services, which include maintaining and supporting the proprietary DataHub software currently used by DFS. This software is essential for securely preserving critical historical data, ensuring compliant and accessible data storage, and facilitating the decommissioning of several legacy systems. Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of thirty-six (36) months, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029.

Bidder Requirements
Defined Software Development, LLC is identified as the intended single source for this procurement due to its exclusive proprietary rights to the DataHub software. No other vendors are considered eligible for this contract as they do not provide a comparable product or service.
