Data Management Tools RFP

Background
The Florida Department of Management Services is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a State Term Contract for Data Management Tools. The objective is to provide statewide solutions that enhance data management capabilities, including data governance, analytics, and interoperability. The Department aims to make multiple awards based on the best interest of the State, with an average annual spend of approximately $5,332,894 for these tools.

Work Details
The awarded Contractor(s) will provide the following services under the contract:
1. **Data Management**: Solutions to collect, store, process, and utilize data in a structured manner.
2. **Data Governance**: Solutions ensuring data security, accuracy, and usability.
3. **Data Analytics**: Tools that convert customer data into actionable insights for better decision-making.
4. **Data Interoperability and Integration**: Solutions facilitating seamless data exchange across different systems and organizations.

All solutions must comply with applicable state and federal laws as well as cybersecurity best practices.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term for the contract will commence upon execution and will be defined in Attachment E of the Draft Term Contract.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided statewide across Florida as required by the Department.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must be registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Vendor Information Portal (VIP) and the Business Network to participate in this solicitation. Additionally, they must complete various attachments including but not limited to:

- Attachment F: Mandatory Responsive Requirements
- Attachment I: Provision of Commodities Produced by Forced Labor
- Attachment K: Foreign Country of Concern Attestation Form
- Attachments L1-L4: Service Category Technical Responses
- Attachment M: Experience Response.
