Cosmetology Supplies - Website or Catalog Discount

Background
The District School Board of Pasco County is seeking to add up to six additional vendors for the procurement of cosmetology supplies. The goal is to provide schools within the district with discounted pricing off website or catalog prices for these supplies, which will be purchased on an 'as needed' basis.

This RFP is specifically for additional vendors, and those already awarded through the original solicitation do not need to re-submit.

Work Details
Vendors are required to offer a discount off their website or catalog pricing for various cosmetology supplies including but not limited to manikins, salon dryers, clippers, razors, combs, shampoo bowls, flat irons, aprons, gloves, and waxing supplies. Vendors must ensure that the items they propose match the prices available on their website/catalog based on a quantity of one.

The contract allows for the addition or deletion of products during its term. Vendors must also provide proof of insurance coverage and may need to submit various forms including a conflict of interest form if applicable.

Period of Performance
The initial term of this contract will commence upon Board approval and shall remain in effect until November 18, 2027. It may be renewed for an additional period not exceeding three years or the term of the original contract at mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various schools within Pasco County, Florida. Specific delivery locations can be found on the district's website.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have a drug-free workplace program in place to receive preference in the award process. They must also provide proof of insurance coverage and complete necessary forms such as conflict of interest statements if applicable.

Additionally, vendors should indicate if they can accept purchasing card payments and provide a customized online ordering website.
