Continuing Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, Surveying, and Construction Support Services

Background
The Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency, which serves Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing services in various disciplines including architectural, engineering, geotechnical, surveying, and construction support services.

The purpose of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to establish a Continuing Services Agreement (CSA) with multiple firms across these disciplines. Selection does not guarantee regular work or minimum compensation, as the Agency retains the right to solicit separate proposals for specific projects.

Work Details
Respondents must submit separate proposals for each discipline they wish to provide services for as outlined in Section 4.4: Architectural Services, Civil Engineering Services, Geotechnical Services, Survey Services, and Construction Support Services.

Each proposal must include required documentation in Tabs 1 through 6 as specified in the solicitation. The Agency intends to award contracts to the top five ranked firms within each discipline based on qualifications.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be three years with two optional one-year renewal periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must comply with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and are required to submit a MWBE Participation Plan Form if applicable.

The project has a specific goal of 10% participation from certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE). All proposals must include proof of attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal conference.
