Construction of Fire Station 15

Work Requested:
The solicitation seeks qualified contractors for the comprehensive construction of a new Fire Station 15. The scope of work includes:

• Building a three (3) bay apparatus wing and fully equipped crew quarters, which will feature a kitchen, living area, laundry facilities, hazardous wash area, storage spaces, and restrooms.
• Construction on a footer and stem wall with slabs.
• Utilization of painted CMU and stucco, structural steel columns and beams, and metal decking.
• Installation of a single ply roofing system, roll-up doors, interior and exterior doors, windows, and all necessary roofing components.
• Provision and installation of kitchen cabinets and appliances, drywall, tile, paint, and associated trim materials.
• Integration of utilities, electrical and communications wiring and devices, HVAC systems with direct digital controls, and plumbing (rough and trim).
• Completion of site work including concrete, asphalt, and landscaping.
• Installation of a new emergency traffic light on US Highway 19.
• The project will require coordination and execution across all trade disciplines.
