Construction Manager - General Contractor Services

Background
The Lee County Port Authority (Authority) is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Manager - General Contractor Services at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field (FMY) in Lee County, Florida.

The Authority operates RSW, a medium-hub commercial service airport that had an economic impact of over $8.4 billion in 2024, serving more than 11 million passengers. The airport is recognized for its facilities and customer experience. RSW is currently undergoing a Terminal Expansion Project to enhance efficiency and passenger amenities.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for various construction-related projects at RSW and Page Field. This includes serving as an extension of staff for small, medium, and large projects with estimated construction costs not exceeding $7.5 million.

The firm will assist in developing concepts and preparing cost estimates for projects eligible for future state grant funding. Projects exceeding the statutory threshold will be solicited separately.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field (FMY), both located in Lee County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must be authorized to do business in Florida and demonstrate experience in providing CM/GC services. Additionally, any consultant or affiliate that has developed the scope of services or solicitation documents for a project phase is ineligible to compete for that phase.
