Construction Manager at Risk for Osceola County Fleet Maintenance Center Project

The work of this contract involves providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the design, planning, preparation, permitting, bidding, and construction execution of the Osceola County Fleet Maintenance Center, a campus facility estimated to be between 30,000 and 45,000 square feet in size. The building construction methods may include a combination of Metal Buildings, Pre-Engineered Structures, Tilt-up Concrete, Concrete Masonry Units (CMU), and other suitable methods as determined during the project development. This solicitation is being issued by Osceola County, which is seeking a qualified CMAR to partner in delivering this project.
