Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the new Public Works & Growth Management Facility

Background
The Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, is seeking services from licensed firms or individuals to provide professional Construction Management At Risk (CMR) Services for the new Public Works & Growth Management Facility. The goal is to award two contracts to a single firm or individual, covering pre-construction services and construction performance phase services. The selection process will adhere to the Florida Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and relevant county policies.

Work Details
The contract will involve two main parts:

Part A focuses on pre-construction services, which include planning and coordination with the County and the Architect/Engineering design team.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed to practice in Florida and comply with specific certifications including Drug-Free Workplace Certification and E-Verify Compliance Certification.
