Background
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is responsible for operating and maintaining Florida's central repository of criminal justice information for various stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and the public.

The goal of this contract is to procure support services for the Computerized Criminal History System (CCH), which is essential for managing criminal justice information in the state.

Work Details
The contract involves support services for the Computerized Criminal History System (CCH), which includes:
1. Preventive maintenance
2. Remedial maintenance
3. Configuration management
4. Systems administration
5. Performance tuning
6. Application software support.

The services are to be provided by GCOM Software, Inc., the sole supplier of the CCH system technology currently in use by FDLE.
