Commercial Roof Installation, Replacement, and Repair Services

Background
The District School Board of Pasco County is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Commercial Roof Installation, Replacement, and Repair Services.
The goal is to establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL) consisting of a minimum of five and a maximum of ten companies that will be eligible to bid on various roofing projects during the contract term.
This initiative aligns with the District's mission to maintain and improve its facilities for educational purposes.

Work Details
The awarded vendors will provide services including but not limited to: low slope single-ply roofing, steep slope roofing, gutters, and associated elements.
Each project will have a unique scope that will be provided to the selected vendors on the QVL, who will then have the opportunity to bid on those projects.
Mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at project locations, and all companies must attend these meetings to submit bids.
Projects may require a Performance and Payment Bond as specified in individual solicitations.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is three years, starting from December 16, 2025, through December 15, 2028.
There is an option for renewal for an additional period not exceeding the initial term plus up to six months beyond the expiration date.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Pasco County, Florida as specified in individual project scopes.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate qualifications with relevant experience in roof-related projects and adhere to budget requirements.
They are required to submit two printed copies of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by November 7, 2025.
Additionally, vendors must provide proof of insurance coverage, relevant licenses, and complete various forms including a Conflict of Interest Form if applicable.
