Background
The City of Jacksonville, Florida is seeking bids for a Collection Analysis Platform. The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire a web-based platform that can measure and analyze collection circulation and composition, run queries, and export data, including scheduled reports. Work Details
The contractor will provide a Collection Analysis Platform that includes the following functionalities:
- Measure and analyze collection circulation
- Analyze collection composition
- Run queries on the collected data
- Export data in various formats
- Generate scheduled reports as specified by the City of Jacksonville.

The platform must be user-friendly and accessible to library staff for efficient operation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed upon the issuance of a Purchase Order (PO) and will continue until the completion and acceptance of the stated scope of work. This is a one-time purchase agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Jacksonville's designated location, specifically at 3435 University Blvd North, Jacksonville, FL 32277.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to conduct business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements outlined in the bid documents. They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and demonstrate experience on similar projects. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their proposals.
