CM25-111 Oak Grove Restriping of Soccer Field

Background
This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is issued by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) Department.

The purpose of this contract is to restripe an existing soccer field at Oak Grove Park for 9 vs 9 soccer competition, enhancing the facility's usability for community sports activities.

Work Details
The contractor is required to install permanent inlay lines on the existing artificial turf field.

This involves cutting out sections of the green turf and inserting pre-painted grass strips to create the dimensions of a 7 vs 7 soccer field.

The color of the pre-painted inlay lines must be distinct from the existing colors on the current turf field. Additionally, if the lights are on a timer, adjustments must be made as necessary. The vendor must provide adequate staff and all necessary equipment to complete these tasks.

Period of Performance
The services are to be completed within 5 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).

The contract will commence upon issuance of the purchase order and remain in effect until all services are completed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Oak Grove Park, located at 690 NE 159th Street, Miami, FL 33162.
