CM25-011B Oak Grove Restriping of Soccer Field

Background
This Invitation to Quote (ITQ) is issued by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) Department for the purpose of restriping an existing soccer field at Oak Grove Park.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the usability of the field for 9 vs 9 soccer competitions by installing permanent inlay lines on the artificial turf.

Work Details
The vendor is required to install permanent inlay lines on the existing artificial turf field. This involves cutting out sections of the green turf and inserting pre-painted grass strips to create the dimensions of a 7 vs 7 soccer field.

The color of the pre-painted inlay lines must be distinct from the existing colors on the current turf field. Additionally, if the lights are on a timer, adjustments must be made as necessary. The vendor must provide adequate staff and all necessary equipment to perform these services.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of the purchase order and must be completed within 5 calendar days from receipt of the Purchase Order (PO).
