Civil/Structural Engineering Consulting Services

Background
Pinellas County Construction & Property Management (CPM) is seeking Qualifications Statements for Continuing Civil/Structural Engineering Services from interested Consultants licensed and qualified by the State of Florida.

The mission of Pinellas County Government is to provide superior public service and sound management of public resources to meet the needs of its citizens. This contract aims to retain professional civil/structural engineering services for various studies, designs, and related services as needed.

Work Details
The civil/structural engineering services may include but are not limited to:
- General Municipal Engineering Services
- Geotechnical Engineering Services
- Environmental Consulting Services
- Civil/Structural Engineering Services
- Landscape Architecture Services
- Construction Management/Inspection Services
- Surveying Services
- Plans and permitting review
- Peer review services.

Additional tasks may involve attending meetings, making presentations, and consulting with staff as required.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue for a period of 5 years from the date of contract award. The County reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional 24 months if agreed upon by both parties.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Pinellas County, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Consultants must be licensed and qualified by the State of Florida. The solicitation encourages participation from Small Business Enterprises (SBE) certified firms. To qualify for SBE certification, firms must apply through Pinellas County Economic Development and meet specific criteria regarding annual sales and location.
