The City of Jacksonville, Florida, is issuing a solicitation for the Citywide Continuous Asphalt Resurfacing Program - West. Work Details
The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to mill and resurface existing roadways, construct full depth asphalt widening strips, and apply asphalt pavement to prepared bases.

Additional tasks may involve ADA ramp construction/reconstruction, removing and reconstructing existing concrete curb and gutter and driveways, performing related shoulder work, and improving/maintaining existing drainage swales. Bidders must comply with all specifications provided in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The initial period of service will be one year, with options for three additional one-year renewals subject to approval by both the supplier and the City of Jacksonville.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed within the City of Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements specified in the bid documents. They are required to provide proof of applicable local business licenses if located within Duval County.

All bidders must be on the approved pre-qualified bidders list under the Horizontal category before bid opening. Additionally, a 10% participation goal for Jacksonville Small Business Enterprises (JSEBs) is established for this contract.
