Work Details
Contractors must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, insurance, and incidentals necessary to complete the demolition work. Specific tasks include:

- Finalizing demolition permits through the City of Fort Myers Community Development (with fees paid by the City);
- Providing a schedule for proposed demolition;
- Installing Best Management Practices (BMPs) to protect City drainage infrastructure;
