The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Cisco infrastructure hardware. This initiative aims to replace aged and end-of-life (EOL) hardware at various locations throughout the city, enhancing the city's network capabilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of specific Cisco hardware as follows:

2. Power Cord, 200/240V 6A North America - 10 units
3. 650W AC Config 4 Power Supply front to back cooling - 5 units
4. Catalyst 9500 Type 4 front to back cooling Fan - 10 units
5. C9500 Network Stack, Advantage - 5 units
6. Cisco Catalyst 9500H XE.17.6 UNIVERSAL - 5 units
7. Cisco pluggable SSD storage - 5 units
8. C9500 DNA Advantage, Term License - 5 units
9. Prime Infrastructure Lifecycle & Assurance Term - Smart Lic - 15 units
10. Network Plug-n-Play Connect for zero-touch device deployment - 5 units
11. Cisco Catalyst C9200L-48P-4X-A edge switch - 30 units with various accessories including licenses and power supplies.

Period of Performance
Products shall be delivered within 30 calendar days of the City's issuance of a Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations throughout the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all insurance requirements as detailed in the solicitation, including comprehensive general liability insurance with specified limits, workers' compensation insurance, and auto liability insurance.
