Cisco SmartNet Support and Maintenance Re-Bid

Background
The City of Jacksonville is seeking suppliers to provide technical support and maintenance for its critical network infrastructure through the Cisco SmartNet Support and Maintenance – Re-Bid.
This initiative is part of the Technology Solutions department's efforts to ensure reliable network operations.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Cisco SmartNet Support and Maintenance services, which includes technical support for Cisco products, software updates, and hardware replacements as necessary.
Bidders must submit a price for each item listed in the Price Sheet, which includes specific descriptions and part numbers.
All line items must be bid on to be considered for award, and no substitutions will be permitted.
Bidders must also provide proof of being an authorized Cisco Partner and comply with all local, state, and federal business licensing requirements.

Period of Performance
The initial period of service will be two years, with two optional two-year renewal periods subject to mutual agreement between the supplier and the City of Jacksonville.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Jacksonville, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and comply with all minimum requirements for this bid.
They must provide proof of applicable local business licenses and certifications.
Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their proposals.
