Bidders must supply all items listed in the bid documents without substitutions. The City reserves the right to adjust quantities based on actual needs during the contract period. Bidders must be authorized Cisco Partners and provide proof of this authorization along with their bid.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from August 22, 2025, to August 21, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Jacksonville, Florida, as specified in individual purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to conduct business in Duval County and comply with all local business licensing requirements. They must also provide proof of being an authorized Cisco Partner.

Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their proposals.
