Background

The City reserves the right to purchase more than the estimated quantities listed or to not make any purchases against this bid if deemed necessary during the contract period. The term of the contract will be from August 22, 2025, to August 21, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods available.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Jacksonville, Florida, as specified in individual purchase orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized Cisco Partners and provide proof of all required local, state, and federal business licenses. They are also required to comply with the Buy American Preference clause by offering American-manufactured goods when possible. Additionally, bidders must adhere to non-discrimination policies as outlined in the solicitation.
