Check Cashing Database (CCDB) software license, operations, and maintenance services

Background
The Department of Financial Services, Office of Financial Regulation, Division of Consumer Finance, intends to enter into an agreement with Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC to procure software licenses and maintenance. The current system was developed through a competitively procured contract with Veritec Solutions, LLC (Veritec) who owns and licenses the core system software, and currently hosts and maintains the system. A custom portal, also owned by Veritec, was developed by them for licensees and the OFR to access the system and is an integral part of the users’ experience.

Work Details
Continued software license, call center support, hosting, operations, and ongoing maintenance services for the existing Check Cashing Database (CCDB). The Office of Financial Regulation (OFR), Division of Consumer Finance is statutorily charged with the establishment and ongoing operations of a database to report on check cashing activities under Chapter 560.310(4), Florida Statutes.
