At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall Lower-Level Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.The Project includes the following Work:The CDBG-DR Project Restore Glenwood infrastructure improvements project is located in the Glenwood area of Panama City Florida, southeast of the 11th Street and Sherman Ave intersection. This project involves the replacement of approximately 1.4 miles of existing asphalt roadway and curb, 5,800 linear feet (LF) of gravity sewer mains, and 7,450 LF of potable water mains along East 8th Ct, East 9th Street, 10th Street, Kurze Avenue, N. Center Avenue, and Spring Avenue. The project also involves the construction of 6,350LF of new concrete sidewalk, stormwater pipe replacements, and associated miscellaneous site and demolition work. The Project has an expected duration of 210 days.Non-Mandatory Pre-bid ConferenceA non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on March 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. CT in Lower-Level Room 010 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.
