Campus Pest Control Service

Background
The University of North Florida (UNF) is seeking to establish a contract for monthly pest control and related services across various locations on its campus. This initiative aims to ensure that all university facilities, including the main campus, MOCA, housing and residence halls, athletic facilities, and food service areas, remain free of pests. The goal is to enter into an agreement with a qualified contractor to fulfill these pest control services effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services that include all necessary labor, materials, supervision, skills, training, tools, and equipment required to maintain pest-free environments in specified locations. The scope of work encompasses monthly pest control treatments and may include additional services as needed. The contract will be structured as a Firm Fixed Price agreement with a total bid price submitted by the contractor. Bidders must complete a Bid Form that outlines their pricing and agrees to deliver all required services within the specified timeframe.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement is four (4) years starting from July 1, 2025. There is an option for renewal for one (1) additional four (4) year period based on satisfactory performance and mutual written approval from both parties.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations on the University of North Florida campus in Jacksonville, Florida.
