Background
The City of Callaway is seeking bids for the installation of fencing at the Callaway Cemetery located at 116 Bob Little Rd., Callaway, FL 32404. This project aims to enhance the security and aesthetics of the cemetery, aligning with the city's commitment to maintaining public spaces for community use.

Work Details
The contract involves installing a total of 1,400 linear feet of fencing. Bidders can propose either a 6-foot Wood Shadow Box Fence or a 6-foot White Vinyl Fence as an alternate option. All bids must include the necessary materials, transportation, labor, and equipment required for the installation. Specific requirements include:

- Installation of 1,400 Linear Sq. Ft. of either a 6’ Wood Shadow Box Fence or a 6’ White Vinyl Fence.
- The contractor must stake all improvements and ensure proper positioning before installation.
- Shop drawings must be submitted for approval prior to material procurement.
- The contractor is responsible for securing the site during construction to prevent unauthorized access.

Period of Performance

- A signed Agreement,
- A list of subcontractors,
- Three references for similar work with contact information.
