Bus Stop Advertising

Background
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners and Palm Tran are seeking proposals for bus stop advertising. Palm Tran is the mass transit provider for Palm Beach County, operating approximately 140 fixed-route buses across 31 routes, serving over 20,000 trips to a population of about 1.5 million.

The agency's mission includes improving bus stop infrastructure to enhance public transportation choices in the area. The current contract for bus shelter advertising will expire on October 3, 2025, or upon the award of a new contract, whichever comes first.

Work Details
The successful proposer will be responsible for organizing and maintaining static and digital advertising services at Palm Tran bus stops. This includes marketing advertising opportunities on approximately 300 existing advertising bus shelters and additional opportunities as new infrastructure is built.

The contractor must comply with local ordinances regarding advertising in various municipalities. Existing advertising bus benches are excluded from this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to commence on May 6, 2025, and will last for a period of twenty-four (24) months, concluding on May 5, 2027. There are options for three (3) twelve-month renewals at the County's discretion.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed throughout Palm Beach County, Florida.
