Bunnell District Office Administration Building

Background
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is seeking competitive bids for the construction of the Florida Forest Service's Bunnell District Office Administration Building.
This project is located at 5001 US HWY 1 N, Bunnell, Florida 32110. The contract will be governed by Chapters 255 and 287 of the Florida Statutes and relevant administrative rules.

Work Details
The awarded contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and supervision required to complete the construction of the new Bunnell District Office Administration Building.
Specific requirements include adherence to Florida building codes and manufacturer’s instructions. The contractor must obtain all necessary permits and provide warranties and close-out documentation upon project completion.

Period of Performance
Construction is expected to be substantially completed within 240 calendar days after the issuance of the building permit and Notice to Proceed.
The total contract period is 270 calendar days, which includes an additional 30 days for project close-out processes.
