Building 62 Reclaim Pump Station Rehabilitation

Work Requested:
The City of Boca Raton seeks sealed bids for the rehabilitation of Building 62 Reclaim Pump Station at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes:

• Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for the project
• Modifications and enhancements to the building's architecture
• Structural hardening of the facility
• Modifications to the crane system
• Improvements to ventilation and air conditioning
• Upgrades to mechanical and electrical equipment within the building
• Miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, and electrical work, as well as all incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents

The work will take place at the Utility Department, 1401 Glades Road. The estimated budget for the project is $6,551,428.00.
