Background
The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is an electric and water municipal utility serving Orlando, Florida, and portions of surrounding Orange County. OUC serves over 380,000 customers and has an inter-local agreement with the City of St. Cloud for managing its electric utility. The goal of this contract is to secure BMC Software Renewal options for Control-M and Client Management/FootPrints Service Core.
Work Details
The contract includes the following software renewal options:
1) **Control-M Continuous Support**:
- Control-M (Base): 1 license
- Control-M Managed File Transfer Enterprise (Task)
- Control-M Platform (Task)
- Control-M Workload Change Manager (Task)
- License quantities: 1750 licenses from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2026,
1900 licenses from 9/1/2026 to 8/31/2027,
and 2000 licenses from 9/1/2027 to 8/31/2028.
2) **BMC FootPrints Continuous Support**:
- FootPrints 5 named user software package: 1 license
- FootPrints additional concurrent user agents: 15 and 25 licenses
- FootPrints additional named user agents: 20 licenses
- FootPrints change management: 1 license
- FootPrints change management concurrent user uplift: 15 licenses
- FootPrints Configuration management: 1 license
- FootPrints Configuration Management User Uplift: 15 licenses
- FootPrints dynamic address book link/LDAP: 1 license
- FootPrints Mobile: 50 licenses.
3) **BMC Client Management Continuous Support**:
- BMC Client Management Compliance: 3,125 licenses
- BMC Client Management Deployment: 3,125 licenses
- BMC Client Management Inventory: 3,125 licenses
- BMC Client Management Master Server: 1 license
- BMC Client Management Patch: 3,125 licenses
- BMC Client Management Remote: 3,125 licenses.
Period of Performance
The contract period will begin on September 1, 2025, and can extend through August 31, 2028, depending on the renewal options selected.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Orlando Utilities Commission located at Reliable Plaza, 100 West Anderson Street, Orlando, Florida.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a written response to the scope of work and specifications. They are required to submit pricing documentation that remains firm throughout the contract period. Additionally, bidders must provide a sworn statement on public entity crimes and scrutinized companies under Florida Statutes. Proof of insurance coverage is required along with a copy of the company’s business license and W-9 form.
