Background
The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking to establish a maintenance agreement for its BlueCrest mailing equipment. This contract is critical for the daily operations of the agency, ensuring that their mailing systems remain functional and efficient. The agency intends to procure these services from DMT Solutions Global Corporation, operating under the name BlueCrest Equipment, as they are the sole provider of maintenance and software updates for their equipment.

Work Details
The contract involves a 60-month maintenance agreement covering the following BlueCrest equipment:
- ZX0A -MSE 9K DC Verify Inserter #116681
- STV1-BASE TRANSPORT, MED #4028
- IJS4-MCS 8" Print System including Vacuum Base and SW
- ZX0B-MSE12 - 6 Fdr 10X13 Chassis (ZXG2) #116594
- ZX0U3-Station Rival Chassis #136919
- ZX23-No Change Over Module
- RDFYDC- Verify Prime DC System Software
- RDFW-DCVerify- Foundation.
Additionally, it includes labor for one 8-hour shift of onsite coverage and support for an overage of up to 14 million additional annual cycles.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this maintenance agreement is set for 60 months.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Florida Department of Revenue located at 5050 W Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Bidder Requirements
Prospective vendors must demonstrate their ability to provide the requested services as outlined in the attached PUR 7776. The agency has indicated that BlueCrest is the only authorized vendor capable of providing maintenance and software updates for their equipment; thus no other vendors are eligible.
