Background
The City of Jacksonville's Fire and Rescue Department is seeking bids for the Axon Fusus Pro to Pro Plus Enhancement. This contract aims to enhance the capabilities of the department by providing advanced software and licensing solutions. The goal is to improve operational efficiency through enhanced video integration and monitoring capabilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- 1,750 units of AXON FUSUS PRO TO PRO PLUS ENHANCEMENT BUNDLE (12-month term, SKU: S00024)
- 2,500 units of AXON FUSUS LICENSE – Additional CCTV Stream (SKU: 101711)
- 1,750 units of AXON FUSUS LICENSE – Enhancement from Pro to Pro+ (SKU: 101779)

Additional features include functionality from FUSUS Pro, increased streams/integrations, additional hardware cores for connecting third-party video streams, and enhanced user capabilities such as Tips, Notify, Live Listen to 911 Calls, and RMS integration. All items must be new and carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be completed no later than June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the City of Jacksonville at 515 North Julia Street, 4th Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally authorized to do business in Duval County and provide proof of applicable local business licenses. They must comply with federal funding provisions and submit required federal forms including certifications regarding debarment and lobbying. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to utilize Jacksonville Small and Emerging Businesses (JSEBs) in their proposals.
